The Foundation for the Investigation of Communist Crimes (FICC) is an NGO that gathers facts of Communist crimes and Red terror across the world, finances and supports experts, scholarly research and advises the remaining communist regimes in transformation to democracy. The mission of the foundation is to achieve condemnation of communism as a criminal ideology. [1]
